This enclosed cabinet steam table features a durable stainless steel construction that can withstand any commercial kitchen. With 3,500 BTU jet burners per well, your food will stay hot for as long as you need and with configurations for up to 5 wells, you can serve as many or as few options as you'd like. Independent controls allow you to control the temperature of each well as needed. An 8” cutting board is included. Installed casters are available options.
